Lemony Chickpea Dip
Serves 8
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
¼ cup water
½ cup non-fat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Preparation
Puree garbanzo beans, water, yogurt and Mrs. Dash® Lemon
Pepper in food processor or blender until smooth. Stir in
onion. Cover and refrigerate 1 – 2 hours to allow
flavors to blend.
Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or pita bread triangles.
