FREE CLINICAL BREAST EXAMS & REDUCED-COST MAMMOGRAMS
AVAILABLE THROUGH MERCY REGIONAL CANCER CENTER
Port Huron, MI…October is Breast Cancer Awareness
Month, and the Mercy Regional Cancer Center reminds area
women that now is the perfect time to take part in annual
breast cancer screenings. Manual breast examinations and
mammograms are important for women of every age to help
maintain good health. Mercy is offering FREE breast examinations
and reduced-cost mammograms for women in need of these important
breast cancer screenings.
FREE breast examinations will be offered Tuesday, October
11, from 6 to 8 p.m.; and reduced-cost mammograms will be
available Monday, October 17 through Friday, October 21.
The cost of a mammogram is $50.00. Both screening services
will be held at Mercy Health Center in Fort Gratiot. Appointments
are necessary and space is limited. Call 810/985-1455 to
