Mercy Hospital Hosts Headache Education and Support Group “Herbal Healing for Headaches”
Port Huron, MI…Mercy Hospital, in conjunction with the National Headache Foundation, will host a Headache Education & Support Group for Blue Water residents.
Headache Education & Support Group meetings are free and will be held the third Tuesday of each month, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., in the lower level Auditorium of Mercy Hospital, 2601 Electric Avenue, Port Huron. The next meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, June 19, will feature a discussion titled: “Herbal Healing for Headaches”
This program will be presented by Carol Sue McCue who will provide information on herbs, supplements and diet changes that may affect headaches. Ms. McCue is certified in Alternative Medicine and instructs classes across the country at both colleges and universities.
The Headache Education & Support Group is facilitated by Donna Smith, RN, a professional of the Mercy Pain Management Clinic. This group is open to those who suffer headache, their family members and all interested community members.
