Mercy Hospital Hosts Headache Education And Support Group
Port Huron, MI…Mercy Hospital is pleased to announce that it has joined with the National Headache Foundation to host a Headache Education & Support Group for Blue Water residents.
Headache Education & Support Group meetings are free and will be held the third Tuesday of each month, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., in the lower level Auditorium of Mercy Hospital, 2601 Electric Avenue, Port Huron. The next meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, 2007, will feature a discussion titled: “Could your dizziness and headaches be caused by your eyes?”
This program will be presented by Debby Feinburg, OD. Dr. Feinburg has specialized in treating Vertical Heterophoria, the study of a strain on the visual system that can result in headaches and lightheadedness or dizziness.
The Headache Education & Support Group is facilitated by Donna Smith, RN, a professional of the Mercy Pain Management Clinic. This group is open to those who suffer headache, their family members and all interested community members.
