Physician Referral Call Center
Choosing a physician can be difficult. Finding the right doctor who meets you and your family’s needs for primary and specialty care can seem like an overwhelming task.
To help in your search, Mercy Hospital is pleased to now offer a Toll-Free, Physician Referral Access Call Center.
 Utilizing the system couldn’t be easier. Patients in search of a Mercy Hospital primary care or specialty physician can simply call the center and provided some basic demographic information, including your location, the type of physician you’re searching for, and your insurance information; and the professionals from the center will offer a comprehensive search on your behalf.
Once you’ve agreed to a physician, the center staff will provide you with the physician’s office phone number. They will then contact the physician’s office via email or fax to inform them that a referral has been made. What could be simpler?
