Mercy Fitrac Port Huron Center To Move
Port Huron, MI…Mercy Hospital is pleased to announce that its Mercy FITRAC Port Huron Center, the community’s source for total outpatient therapy, will move from its current location on 16th Street in Port Huron, to the Mercy Hospital Campus. Effective Tuesday, September 25, 2007, the Mercy FITRAC Port Huron Center will be located at 2615 Electric Avenue, Suite B, in the Nebel Orthopedic building, opposite the Mercy Hospital main entrance.
The new location will continue to offer the same high-quality, personal care patients have come to expect, including physical and occupational therapy. Mercy FITRAC Centers are also available in Marysville and in the Mercy Health Center in Fort Gratiot. Mercy FITRAC Port Huron’s phone number remains the same at (810) 985-1800. Patients can make an appointment by calling Mercy Centralized Scheduling at (810) 985-1455.
