Education & Support Group Explores Strategies To Overcome Holiday Headaches
Port Huron, MI…The holidays are filled with great expectations. For some, however, the stress and pressure that comes with them can also generate or intensify chronic headaches. To help area residents strategize to meet the needs of the holidays, the National Headache Foundation and Mercy Hospital invite you to attend the Headache Education and Support Group roundtable discussion, titled “Ways to help you get through the holidays.”
The meeting will be held Tuesday, November 20, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., in the Lower Level Auditorium at Mercy Hospital, located at 2601 Electric Avenue, in Port Huron.
This free monthly support and education group is facilitated by Lynn Lanschoot, RN, and is open to those who suffer headache, their family and all interested community members. The group meets the third Tuesday of each month.
