Fashion Event Benefits Peoples’ Clinic
 |
| (From left) Butch Kuhn along with Suzanne Kuhn of Suzanne’s Ladies Apparel of Marysville presents a $915 check to Jason Hinz, Mercy Hospital Vice President of Business Development and Mercy Hospital Foundation. The monies raised from a Fashion Show held in late-February will be used to support members of the community who need medical care and lack health insurance through the Peoples’ Clinic for Better Health. |
At a glitzy and fun Fashion Show, hosted by Suzanne’s Ladies Apparel of Marysville, a number of local residents had the opportunity to view the latest spring lines while supporting the Peoples’ Clinic for Better Health.
The late-February event held at the Tin Fish Banquet Center, in Ira, included lunch, a raffle prize and much more.
All proceeds from the event went to support the Peoples’ Clinic for Better Health. The Peoples’ Clinic provides free medical care and services to those in St. Clair County who lack health insurance and the financial resources to pay for their care.
The only free medical clinic in Port Huron, the Peoples’ Clinic is sponsored by the St. Clair County Medical Society and Mercy Hospital. It is funded in part by the United Way of St. Clair County.
Congratulations are extended to Suzanne’s Ladies Apparel for its continued commitment to helping Mercy Hospital meet its mission to provide care to the poor and underserved. To find out more, visit the Peoples’ Clinic section of this website. |
