Mercy Hosts 16th Annual Cancer Care Symposium
Cancer of the Head and Neck will be the focus of the Mercy Regional Cancer Center’s 16th Annual Cancer Care Symposium.
The symposium is designed to provide primary care physicians, surgeons, oncologists and other health care professionals who treat or care for patients with cancer, an in-depth educational activity featuring treatment, reconstruction, rehabilitation and basic care of head and neck cancer patients.
The event will be held Saturday, November 10, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Mercy Hospital; 4 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ will be offered. Mercy Regional Cancer Center is the only oncology program to host an annual cancer symposium providing continuing cancer education.
Although highly technical, this event is open to the public.
